5:00 am – woke up
5:15 am – took a nice hot shower
5:40 – 6:30 am – left for the airport
6:40 am – arrived at the airport
6:50 am – checked the baggage, both under 50 lbs, score
7:00 am – got to security
7:02 am – TSA agent recognized the Hebrew on my shirt and asked if I knew krav maga
7:10 am – Sara is through the xray machine while I wait for a pat down to avoid radiation
7:15 am – finally started the pat down
7:20 am – made it through the terminal
7:30 am – arrive at gate
7:35 am – got hot chocolate from Starbucks
7:45 am – Sara and I checked our carry-ons for free, free from those until Israel
8:00 am – boarded the plane
8:05 am – actually reached out seats
8:20 am – plane positioned for take off
8:25 am – plane took off!!!
9:00 am – on the plane, uneventful
10:00 am – still uneventful
12:30 pm (PST) – landed in Atlanta
